Our subscription service is where you get to control the entire hiring process, we just screen the candidates and send them your way. Here's how it works: You sign up for a monthly subscription. TalentSquirrel sends you pre-screened candidates for each position you need assistance filling. You interview them. You hire the right ones. Who is behind this?
Hello! My name is Janna. I am a recruitment solutions geek and small business owner.
Having spent almost 20 years in social service work, I had a front row seat to the healthcare and mental health crisis we are facing as a society. However, as someone who is not a healthcare or mental health professional, I can't help clients/patients directly. My way to help address this issue is by matching passionate and dedicated candidates with practices built on innovation that provide care with empathy and dedication.
When I first started TalentSquirrel, I tried to be like all the other recruiters, offering premium recruitment services at premium rates. However, I quickly noticed that doesn't work well for budget-conscious practice owners and leaders. That's when this idea was born. What if I made recruitment affordable, without compromising on the quality of the candidates? Well, here we are!
And I am Samit, co-founder at TalentSquirrel. My background is in pharmaceutical engineering, but I am also passionate about all things healthcare. I am mostly behind the scenes, ensuring things run smoothly.
Does TalentSquirrel use AI?
AI has great potential, but TalentSquirrel is 100% human-owned and human-run. Meaning the candidate sourcing and screening are both done by a human with the full benefit of our knowledge, experience and extensive network. We won't compromise on that!
Subscription Price List
LiteSquirrel Package: $100/month + HST
Includes 5 pre-screened candidates per month. Includes candidate sourcing and screening.
GoldSquirrel Package: $200/month + HST
Includes 10 pre-screened candidates per month. Includes candidate sourcing and screening.
Tailored Candidate Search: $500+HST per hire. To be paid upon successful hire.
This is the option for busy practice owners/leaders who are looking for that additional support with candidate selection. With this option, you will receive the candidate resumes after they have gone through several rounds of interviews with us. The candidates will be carefully assessed to ensure there is both a short-term and a long-term goal match for both clinic and candidate.
Compensation negotiations can also be a source of stress for clinics, we will take care of all that, and only send you candidates whose compensation needs closely align with your needs.
Finally, we know all too well that in-demand candidates tend to have many options and will interview with several practices, sometimes simultaneously. As a result of this, candidates can appear indecisive or disengaged, which can be frustrating for practices that need to hire within a tight timeline. With this option, we will ensure that your practice is each candidate's first choice and they will meet with you ready and eager to join your team! All you need to do is have that final interview and choose from a few perfect fit candidates!
