Who is behind this?

 

Hello! My name is Janna. I am a recruitment solutions geek and small business owner.

Having spent almost 20 years in social service work, I had a front row seat to the healthcare and mental health crisis we are facing as a society. However, as someone who is not a healthcare or mental health professional, I can't help clients/patients directly. My way to help address this issue is by matching passionate and dedicated practitioners with practices built on innovation that provide care with empathy and dedication.

When I first started TalentSquirrel, I tried to be like all the other recruiters, offering premium recruitment services at premium rates. However, I quickly noticed that doesn't work well for budget-conscious practice owners and leaders. That's when this idea was born. What if I made recruitment affordable, without compromising on the quality of the candidates? Well, here we are!
